Privacy policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy explains what personal data QuickCalc Hub uses, why, how long it is kept and which choices you have. It covers the website at calcfas.com.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is calcfas, located at Barriada Diamantino García, 1, 41610 Paradas (Sevilla), Spain. You can contact us at casadoj232@gmail.com.
2. What we process
- Calculator inputs. Numbers, dates and text you type into a calculator are used in your browser to show results. The calculators do not send them to our servers.
- Word counter and password generator. The text you paste and the passwords you generate are never saved, not even if you allow saved preferences, and they are never sent to us.
- Saved preferences, only if you allow them. Favorites, recent results, your visit streak and the last values entered in each calculator are stored in your browser, on your device.
- Your cookie choice. We store whether you allowed saved preferences, either in our banner or in Google’s cookie message, so we do not ask you again on every visit.
- Hosting logs. The hosting provider may record standard technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type and time, to keep the site running and secure.
- Advertising with Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers, together with your IP address and browsing data, to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google’s cookie message asks for your consent first. The cookie policy lists the cookies used.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- Running the calculators you use: this is what you ask for when you open a tool, so no storage is needed.
- Saved preferences: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and running: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Advertising with Google AdSense: your consent, given in Google’s cookie message (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
Data stored in your browser stays there until you delete it, with the button on the cookie policy page or in your browser settings. Hosting providers keep logs for 30 days.
5. Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. Hosting providers process data for us under their own privacy policies. Google receives data for advertising and measurement under its privacy policy. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also ask for a copy of your data and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. Write to casadoj232@gmail.com. If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Children
The site is not aimed at children. In Spain, people under 14 need a parent or guardian to consent to online services processing their data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
8. Other websites
The site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so read their policies before you share data with them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and any significant change will be explained on this page.
